The knob is definitely an eye catcher! Its over-sized proportions make it easier to access if the radio is riding on the hip, in a pouch or carrier, and allows the user to more readily adjust volume as needed.

The Baofeng Mini knob is really small IMO so I ordered these. Fits exceptionally well and just about triples the size of the knob without being obnoxious. Would definitely recommend these.
