Processing time

Every item is 3D printed to order in Washington, Illinois. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. Larger orders or busy seasons may take a little longer — we'll email you if there's a delay.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States (including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses served by USPS) and Canada.

United States shipping

All U.S. orders ship with USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight:

USPS Ground Advantage — typically 2–5 business days after shipping
USPS Priority Mail — typically 1–3 business days after shipping
USPS Priority Mail Express — typically 1–2 business days after shipping

Free shipping (U.S. only): orders of $200 or more (before taxes) ship free with USPS Ground Advantage. Faster services are available at the regular rate.

Canada shipping

Canadian orders ship with USPS international services; rates are calculated at checkout:

USPS First-Class Package International — typically 1–3 weeks after shipping
USPS Priority Mail International — typically 6–10 business days after shipping
USPS Priority Mail Express International — typically 3–5 business days after shipping

Free shipping is not available for Canadian orders.

Duties and import taxes: for Canadian orders, estimated duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there should be no surprise fees on delivery. Customs processing can add time, which is outside our control.

USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit time starts when your order ships, after the processing time above.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to reship it; additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, lost or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking stops updating for 10 days (U.S.) or 21 days (Canada), contact us at w9was.radio@gmail.com and we'll make it right. See our Refund policy for details.
