Overview

This website is operated by Kirk H McCann, doing business as 3DMcPrintface ("we," "us," "our"), based in Washington, Illinois, USA. By visiting this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the changes here; continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products

Our products are 3D printed to order. Photos are for illustration; because items are printed individually, minor layer lines, small cosmetic variations and slight differences in filament shades are normal and are not defects. Radios, analyzers, accessories and other equipment shown in photos are for display only and are not included unless the listing says so. Our products are accessories and are not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the manufacturers of the equipment they fit; brand and model names are used only to describe compatibility.

3. Personalization

You are responsible for the accuracy of the callsigns, text, colors and model selections you enter. We print exactly what you submit. You agree not to submit text that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or obscene, and we may refuse or cancel any order with such content and refund it.

4. Pricing, payment and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or correct pricing or listing errors — including after an order is placed — in which case we will notify you and refund any payment for the cancelled portion. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All site content — including text, photos, logos and graphics — belongs to 3DMcPrintface or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Some designs are used under Creative Commons licenses and are credited in their product descriptions. Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to the underlying design files.

7. Accuracy of information

We try to keep product information, compatibility notes and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free. Please contact us if you are unsure whether an item fits your equipment.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in our Refund policy, products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our cases and accessories are designed to help protect and organize your gear but are not a guarantee against damage from drops, water, heat, or other hazards.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3DMcPrintface and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including damage to equipment stored in or used with our products, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3DMcPrintface and its owner from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including content you submit for personalization.

11. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and we use third-party services such as payment processors, USPS, and a reviews app. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Reviews and comments

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on our site and marketing. You agree that your submissions are truthful and do not violate anyone's rights.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
